Shipping Policy

Overview

Thank you for visiting LauraBodenArt.com. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped by Laura Boden.

 

Purchases and Payments for Artwork and Commissions

If products (such as artworks, prints, or other goods) are offered for sale on the Website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Commission pieces are priced accordingly to specification and the client will be provided with a personal quotation.

Commission artwork will NOT be available for prints as they are bespoke. Images of the artwork will be used for examples and advertising purposes on the website and other social media channels.  

Website discounts do not apply to commission quotations with the exception of an initial 10% off a first order. 

50% Payment required upon approval of  commission quotation, via invoice, with the remaining 50% and any additional shipping, framing costs paid upon completion.

Any Shipping, Framing requests etc will be added as an additional cost to the client and must be payed prior to shipping/collection.

​All purchases through our site are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

All Original Canvas Artwork will come with a Certificate of Authentication and will be named and signed by the Artist, Laura Boden.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Shipping Within the UK

Artwork under £2500 is posted Free only in UK.

Postage, packaging and shipping is an additional cost to the client for ALL Artwork over £2500.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all artwork orders within the United Kingdom.

  • All UK orders will be shipped via a trusted courier service.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5-10 business days.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.​

International Shipping

Postage, packaging and shipping is an additional cost to the client for all Artwork posted outside

of the UK.

International shipping is available by request only.

If you are located outside of the UK and are interested in purchasing a piece of artwork:

  1. Please contact Laura Boden directly at lauraboden.art@gmail.com before placing your order.

  2. A custom shipping quote will be provided based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.

  3. Payment for international shipping must be arranged and completed prior to purchase and shipment of the artwork.

We aim to ensure your artwork arrives safely, no matter where you are in the world.

Collection and Private Viewing

To arrange a viewing of a particular peice of artwork please contact via email at

Lauraboden.art@gmail.com  Certain artwork can be reserved for 5 days. Payment can be made online and collected in person or card payments can be made on the day of viewing and collected on the day.

Damage Policy

Every piece of artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Laura Boden within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Provide clear photos of the damage, including packaging and artwork. Along with Order number and Courier Service Provider.

  3. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be offered:

    • A replacement (if available),

    • A repair (if possible), or

    • A refund (if neither replacement nor repair are feasible).

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for compensation, so please inspect your artwork promptly upon arrival.

Refund Policy

Overview

At Laurabodenart.com, all artwork is created with care and attention by Laura Boden, and each piece is handled thoughtfully during packaging and shipping.
 

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Please note that refunds are not accepted due to a change of mind. All purchases are final once payment is completed.

Both 'Canvas Artwork' and 'Arti-Snaps' by Laura Boden are original pieces of art, and are sold as one-of-a-kind items. We encourage customers to carefully review all artwork descriptions, sizes, and images before making a purchase.
 

Refunds for Damaged Items

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping, or

  • You receive a damaged or defective print (e.g. misprints, smudging, or printing flaws).

If your item is damaged, please refer to our Shipping & Damage Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
 

Custom or Commissioned Artwork

Custom or commissioned pieces are also non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, in which case our Damage Policy applies.
